Professional European Coaches/Scouts To Attend Residential Schools In 2010.
Moravek Soccer School will have Francis Tardioli and Andrew Pearce of Arsenal FC - England, Gavin Taylor from Fulham FC - England, Jose De Figueiredo formerly of Benefica FC of Portugal, and former World Cup 1990 and 1994 Cameroon star, Emile Mbouh, in attendance at the residential camp weeks July 25-29 and August 1-5. Mr. Figueiredo also played for Portugal's youth national teams and Mr. Mbouh played professionally in France, the Middle East and Asia. Mr. Mbouh is also a scout for a number of France's biggest professional clubs. In addition, Moravek Soccer School's residential school director, Luis Gendive, comes from Spain where he was a youth coach at Real Juventude which is the sister program to the famous Real Madrid. Technical Director and owner, William Moravek explains" We are extremely lucky to have such fine individuals from which our students can gain so much valuable information. It is also a fantastic opportunity for the area's top youth players to be exposed to what has been so successful in Europe in regards to football youth development. It is important for us to share ideas and also grasp concepts and ideas from countries that have accomplished so much in the game over the years. Moravek Soccer School and Southampton FC of England unveil new partnership!
The Orchard Homes Saints Academy are broadening their horizons.
After one of their most successful seasons on record the Club's talent production line have announced plans to team up with Moravek Soccer School, a Washington based development centre.
The School's Director is William Moravek - a former member of the Academy's coaching staff - and it is hoped that the partnership will be of benefit to both sides of the Atlantic.
Despite calling football "soccer" the sport is growing in popularity across the pond and the agreement will allow the exchange of players and coaches to facilitate the development and growth of the students.
Academy Manager Huw Jennings said: "We are looking forward to working Bill after enjoying an excellent working relationship with him when he was part of our Academy staff.
"This summer Kevin Braybrook our Under 16s coach has already gone out to the States to work at their residential courses and Jason Blake, another one of our coaching staff, will also be heading out there in the coming weeks.
"This is a great opportunity for our staff to work in a new environment and pick up new ideas which can only benefit their work back in Southampton."
